With decades of success, a strong pipeline of work, and a people-first culture, they continue to expand while maintaining outstanding employee retention.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Maryland will:Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through project completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and risk mitigation strategies.Partner closely with Superintendents and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Review construction documents, contracts, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and client turnover.Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
