Job Description

    • Manage commercial interiors projects from pre-construction through project completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Work closely with site Superintendents to oversee quality, safety, and field operations.
    • Identify risks and resolve project challenges proactively.
    • Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
    • Proven experience delivering commercial interiors, office fit-out, workplace renovation, or tenant improvement projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
    • Knowledge of New York construction practices, building regulations, and permitting processes.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
