Known for its collaborative culture, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial environment, the company offers the stability of a respected builder with the agility of a growing organization.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from turnover through closeout.Leading subcontractor and vendor coordination to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.Developing, maintaining, and adjusting project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.Preparing and managing project financials, including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, profitability tracking, and reporting.Administering RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.Partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution and communication.Overseeing commercial interior renovations, executive office buildouts, secure environments, and other specialty projects.Traveling to project sites as needed to support project delivery and client relationships.Utilizing construction management software to track progress, documentation, and project performance.Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
