Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall deadlines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on-site.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
