Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial interiors projects from planning and preconstruction through completion.
  • Leading project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Coordinating with field teams, design partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring project performance, quality standards, and risk management initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
  • Supporting business growth through exceptional project execution and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience, preferably within commercial interiors projects.
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager role for at least 1-2 years preferred.
  • High-level Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of experience will also be considered.
  • Experience managing interiors projects across any market sector is welcomed.
  • Demonstrated history of stability and strong tenure with current and previous employers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
