The company offers a collaborative environment where high performers can make an immediate impact, influence business growth, and advance their careers without navigating layers of corporate bureaucracy.Job DescriptionLead projects through all phases including planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and overall project performance.Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Partner with operations leadership to successfully deliver complex industrial construction projects.Support current and future distribution center developments, including large-scale logistics and warehouse facilities.Oversee project forecasting, risk management, and cost control initiatives.Drive preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, scope review, and constructability analysis.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.Travel periodically between project sites as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
