Our client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with 5-7 years of proven project management experience in commercial construction. This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, taking ownership of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, financial management, and client relationships while working alongside operations and field leadership teams.

Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from award through completion.
  • Coordinate all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents, Project Executives, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor communication.
  • Oversee project financial performance, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Support multiple project types including life sciences, commercial office, higher education, and light industrial developments

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of dedicated Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to independently manage all phases of a construction project.
  • Experience with commercial, life sciences, higher education, office, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project administration, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Proficiency with:
  • Procore
  • Microsoft Project
  • CMiC (or similar construction financial management software)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
