About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, full-service General Contractor operating across Northern New England. With a strong presence in sectors including multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial construction, they are known for their collaborative culture, consistent project pipeline, and long-tenured workforce.

Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout ($1M-$50M range)
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules (critical focus area)
  • Oversee budgets, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with superintendents, clients, and internal teams
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards across projects
  • Support client communication and stakeholder reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily should have:

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience
  • Multifamily experience strongly preferred (open to commercial GC backgrounds)
  • Proven strength in project scheduling and schedule management
  • Experience managing multiple project phases independently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work out of Manchester, NH or Williston, VT
