  • Serves a diverse range of markets including commercial office, retail, multifamily housing, historic renovation, institutional, and educational facilities.
  • Completes both new construction and renovation projects, with project values reaching up to approximately $20M.

Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily - Portland will:

  • Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals efficiently.
