Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Supervise contractors and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing commercial construction and tenant fit-out projects.
  • Background working with a General Contractor and/or Owner's Representative organization.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
