Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial will:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
