Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
  • Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Support business growth by successfully managing a growing portfolio of work
  • Travel to project sites primarily throughout the MetroWest area, with occasional projects on Cape Cod

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proficiency with Procore is required
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work onsite and commute to Southborough, MA
  • Experience with dental office projects is preferred
  • Additional commercial construction experience will be considered
