Job Description

  • Manage all phases of underground utility projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Coordinate daily with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Collaborate closely with estimating and preconstruction teams for handoffs and project setup
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and internal leadership
  • Identify risks, resolve field issues, and drive proactive project strategies
  • Support process improvements as the company continues rapid growth
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing construction or civil infrastructure projects
  • Background in underground utilities or trenchless installation (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and field teams
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Desire to grow with an expanding company and help improve systems and processes
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites around Northern Virginia
