Job Description

Manage all phases of underground utility projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
Coordinate daily with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
Collaborate closely with estimating and preconstruction teams for handoffs and project setup
Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and internal leadership
Identify risks, resolve field issues, and drive proactive project strategies
Support process improvements as the company continues rapid growth
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing construction or civil infrastructure projects
Background in underground utilities or trenchless installation (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and field teams
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Desire to grow with an expanding company and help improve systems and processes
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites around Northern Virginia
