Job Description

  • Manage commercial building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, high-quality project execution.
  • Drive project profitability while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC.
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
