Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial will:

  • Lead and manage commercial building and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for construction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
