Job Description

* Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout
* Lead project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and risk management activities
* Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations teams
* Monitor project financials, forecasts, change orders, and reporting requirements

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
* Experience delivering ground-up commercial, institutional, public, education, or hospitality projects
* Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and contract administration
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively
* Experience with construction management software and strong communication skills
