Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Work closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and project schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and project partners.
  • Ensure all work complies with healthcare facility standards and project requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the continued growth of the healthcare construction division.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing healthcare construction projects, particularly healthcare interiors.
  • Project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an active healthcare environment.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working directly with healthcare clients and occupied facilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work full-time from the Charlotte office and local project sites.
  • Healthcare renovation or medical office construction experience strongly preferred.
