Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial and light industrial construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and building codes.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
