With operations across multiple Southern markets, the business delivers a diverse portfolio of commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects and is experiencing sustained growth driven by a strong pipeline and entrepreneurial leadership.Job DescriptionAs the Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Construction, you will lead the successful delivery of commercial and multifamily projects across multiple states, combining preconstruction and execution responsibilities:Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout across regional marketsReview bid opportunities, estimate costs, and prepare proposals and contractsOversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control processesCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site operationsLead communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholdersMaintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTravel to project sites across Arkansas and surrounding states as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
