Unlike many larger contractors, they have built their reputation through exceptional client service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships throughout the Chicagoland market.Job DescriptionManage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and monthly cost forecasts.Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement efforts.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate project activities with Superintendents, ownership groups, consultants, and subcontractors.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide regular project updates.Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Support business development efforts through exceptional project execution and client service.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
