They deliver a diverse range of projects across general, wastewater, concrete, and design-build services, combining big-company resources with a family-oriented culture and strong commitment to employee growth and career development.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.Implement cost control, reporting, and financial management processes in coordination with Estimating and Accounting, including monthly projections and contract oversight.Establish and enforce the project safety program in partnership with corporate safety leadership, conducting regular audits and promoting a strong safety culture on site.Develop, maintain, and actively manage the project schedule-overseeing critical path milestones to ensure timely completion.Oversee project documentation, subcontractor prequalification, contract execution, and quality control measures to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.Lead project meetings, mentor team members, and manage project closeout activities, including final documentation, warranties, and lessons learned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
