Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. Job Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Track project deliverables and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and project management best practices across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-7+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
