Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing luxury residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinating architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Managing procurement and buyout activities
  • Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and specialty finish packages
  • Conducting client meetings and providing regular project updates
  • Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls
  • Collaborating closely with field teams and Superintendents
  • Identifying project risks and implementing solutions
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting
  • Managing punch-list and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Extensive experience managing luxury residential renovations
  • Proven track record with penthouses, townhouses, brownstones, or custom homes
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and interior construction
  • Experience managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty trades
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management experience
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
