Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing luxury residential renovation projects from start to finish
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinating architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Managing procurement, contracts, and buyout activities
  • Reviewing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish installations
  • Leading client meetings and providing project updates
  • Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls
  • Collaborating closely with Superintendents and field teams
  • Identifying risks and implementing solutions proactively
  • Managing project documentation and reporting
  • Overseeing project closeout and punch-list completion

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Extensive experience managing luxury residential interior renovations
  • Proven experience with brownstones, townhouses, penthouses, or custom residences
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and interior construction methods
  • Experience managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty trades
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
