Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing luxury residential renovation projects from start to finish
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Managing procurement, contracts, and subcontractor buyouts
  • Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and specialty finish packages
  • Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings
  • Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls
  • Coordinating co-op and condo board requirements, approvals, and logistics
  • Working closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
  • Managing project documentation, reporting, and project closeout
  • Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Extensive experience managing high-end residential interior renovations
  • Proven experience with brownstones, penthouses, duplexes, co-ops, townhouses, or luxury apartments
  • Strong understanding of custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
  • Experience managing high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience
  • Knowledge of co-op and condominium renovation requirements
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
