Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through turnover
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Managing procurement, contract administration, and project buyouts
  • Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls
  • Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish packages
  • Leading owner meetings and providing project updates
  • Collaborating closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
  • Managing project documentation and reporting requirements
  • Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions
  • Overseeing project closeout and homeowner handoff

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction
  • Extensive experience managing luxury custom homes and estate residences
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods and sequencing
  • Experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Experience working closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers
  • Strong financial management and cost control skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
