They focus on a broad range of projects including storage facilities, condominiums, retail, multifamily, and more. Founded with the intention of delivering the quality and reputation of a large GC, with the internal culture and framework of a smaller GC. They are headquartered in Arkansas, however have significant backlog across the Northwest and Central Florida regions. This hire is to match the growth expected in these areas. Job DescriptionOversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.Review bid postings, estimate project costs, prepare proposals and contracts.Coordinate and supervise field operations, subcontractors, and site personnel.Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.).Work closely with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues and maintain project progress.Manage procurement of materials and scheduling of deliveries.Track and report project performance, including costs and timelines.Lead progress meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Travel regularly to job sites throughout FloridaMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
