Our client is recruiting for a role within the building and construction industry, located in New Haven.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Oversee quality control to maintain high standards of work.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to keep projects on track.
