Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns.
  • Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong Procore experience.
  • Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
