The company is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality results and fostering a professional work environment for its employees.Job DescriptionManage commercial tenant improvement projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and field teams.Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining client satisfaction.Support successful project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
