Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects in and around the Cookeville, TN area.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the project.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
