Job Description

  • Manage multiple corporate interiors projects simultaneously.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.
  • Monitor project financials including forecasts, change orders, and cost controls.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct client meetings and maintain excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Corporate interiors, tenant improvement, or commercial renovation experience required.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
