The Construction PM or SPM for this role will lead Correctional Facility projects from start to close out. Previous experience in this sector and working in occupied spaces is required for this role. PM or SPM would report to their local office in the Atlanta metro and visit the job site overnight 1x a week. All travel expenses and per diem would be required for this role.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects for correctional facilities from start to finish.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
