Job Description

The Project Manager - CSA/MEP - Boydton, VA will be responsible for:

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management efforts.
  • Monitor project safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout execution.
  • Support contract administration, change order management, and project financials.
  • Drive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff as needed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - CSA/MEP - Boydton, VA should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Experience managing ground-up construction projects is strongly preferred.
  • Background working for a general contractor is highly preferred.
  • CSA or MEP project management experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls.
  • Experience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boydton, VA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
