Responsibiliteis for the Project Manager - Custom Home Building

• Experience building multimillion dollar fully custom single family homes
• Coordinate and manage all phases of custom home building projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently to avoid delays.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
