About Our Client

Our client is a privately owned construction company that has been operating since the early 1990s and specializes in luxury custom residential construction throughout the MetroWest Massachusetts area. With a team of approximately 30 employees, they deliver architecturally significant custom homes ranging from $10M to $20M in value, along with select renovation and addition projects. Due to continued project wins and a robust backlog of work, they are expanding their Project Management team.

Job Description

  • Manage high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, reporting, and project tracking
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely project delivery
  • Support procurement activities and assist with subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Custom Residential should have:

  • 5+ years of residential construction Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end renovation projects
  • Procore experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be commutable to Southborough, MA, with regular site visits throughout the MetroWest area and occasional travel to Cape Cod projects
