Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale Dallas data center project from mobilization through final closeout. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this individual will be responsible for driving project performance across budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all phases of project execution from award through closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Preconstruction, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, scope management, and procurement activities
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and project stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative project culture

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience leading commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, or large-scale construction projects
  • Data center construction experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Stable work history with a long-term career mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
