This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who excels at managing complex projects, leading teams, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.Lead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data centre and mission critical construction projects.Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Oversee complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination across multiple trades.Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a "no surprises" approach to project delivery.Drive programme adherence on fast-track projects with demanding schedules and critical milestones.Utilise Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to manage project execution and reporting.Champion safety, quality, cleanliness, and team development across all project sites.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
