Job Description

The Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will be responsible for:

  • Leading MEP scopes on data center projects from kickoff to completion
  • Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation
  • Overseeing commissioning processes and quality control standards
  • Driving weekly meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Supporting preconstruction activities including estimates and value engineering

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA should have:

  • 6+ years of project management experience
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning, power distribution, and cooling systems
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced schedules
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management software and construction documentation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
