Job Description

The Project Manager - Mission Critical will report to a Senior Project Manager or Project Director and take full ownership of project delivery across large-scale builds.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mission critical/data center projects
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure project success
  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate closely with field teams, MEP teams, and quality control to drive execution
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule and cost
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Mission Critical we are seeking:

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience on mission critical, data center, or complex industrial projects (required)
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination
  • Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (P6 or equivalent)
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead project teams
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel across Texas or work on assignment-based projects
