Job Description

  • Manage full lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and specialty trade partners
  • Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and alignment
  • Resolve field issues and support real‑time technical problem‑solving
  • Coordinate systems integration, QA/QC, and turnover processes
  • Lead cost control, risk tracking, and change management
  • Maintain accurate documentation through construction management platforms

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience overseeing large commercial or data center builds
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning practices
  • Experience with technical facilities such as labs, data centers, or industrial projects
  • Ability to lead trade partners, drive accountability, and ensure quality delivery
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams
  • Willingness to travel for major project assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑moving construction environment
