They offer the agility, autonomy, and visibility of a smaller company while providing employees with direct access to leadership and significant opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Data Centers - Gainesville, VA will be responsible for:Help lead the tenant fit-out of a 200,000-square-foot hyperscale data center campus.Manage project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish processes, procedures, and best practices for the company's growing data center division.Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Drive project planning, procurement, schedule management, risk mitigation, and change management efforts.Participate in strategic decision-making as the organization expands its data center presence.Maintain strong client relationships while serving as a key point of contact throughout project execution.Support the long-term growth and development of the division through operational and project leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
