• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes to ensure alignment with goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during project execution.
• Generate detailed project reports and present updates to stakeholders as required.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and address potential project risks proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
