We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and execute multifamily and commercial construction projects. This role is based in Denver and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management with multifamily projects (commercial is a plus).

Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and management across all phases of the project.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing multifamily construction projects as a project manager.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • A solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • The ability to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
