Job Description

  • Run ground‑up commercial and industrial projects start to finish
  • Handle subcontractor buyout, contracts, scopes, and change management
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting
  • Work closely with superintendents to support strong field execution
  • Coordinate with the preconstruction team for clean handoffs
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and developer partners
  • Keep projects organised, on schedule, and financially on track

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-12 years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven success delivering ground‑up projects from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Experience with industrial, tilt‑wall, or large‑scale commercial projects preferred
  • Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and construction financial reporting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
  • A self‑directed, accountable approach suited to a growing, entrepreneurial environment
