Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through handover, working closely with engineering, site, and client stakeholders.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle on industrial, manufacturing, and cleanroom facilities
  • Lead cost control, program management, procurement, and change management
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong communication and delivery certainty
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, safety, and quality standards
  • Support pre‑construction activities including budgeting, scheduling, and risk reviews
  • Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial project culture with a solutions‑focused mindset

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects in an industrial or technical environment
  • Background in manufacturing, design‑build, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or aerospace facilities preferred
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor packages end‑to‑end
  • Engineering or construction‑related degree desirable but not essential
  • Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing capability
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a "no‑ego" team approach
  • Exposure to fast‑paced, technically demanding project environments
