Project Manager - Detroit Construction

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards.
