Our client is a long‑standing Indianapolis builder that has grown into a $300M+ general contractor by prioritizing strong relationships and focusing on work they can execute at a high level. Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to established goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Manage and supervise contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout all project phases.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
