Job Description

The responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owner stakeholders.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management.
  • Drive successful project execution on complex healthcare builds exceeding $50M.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Lead project financial reporting, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project strategy and delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Approximately 5-15 years of commercial construction experience.
  • General contracting experience required.
  • Proven healthcare construction experience.
  • Experience leading healthcare projects valued at $50M+.
  • Ideal experience range includes projects from $75M-$400M+.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000
  • Annual Bonus: Typically 10%+, with approximately 20% bonus potential for senior-level hires
