We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. This position will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field operations.

Job Description

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders.
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage project risk and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
  • Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
